Frequently asked questions
Are these posters actually waterproof?
Yes. They're printed on premium 415gsm / 300 micron matte vinyl, not paper or laminated card. The surface wipes clean, won't ripple or warp when wet, and needs no lamination. Spills, splashes and humidity are no problem.
Can I use them outdoors?
They're fully waterproof and ideal for indoor and short-term or covered outdoor use, e.g. pop-ups, market stalls, sheltered signage, event displays. For prolonged direct sun and weather over many months, a dedicated outdoor banner is the better tool; our vinyl is built for high-fidelity colour and reusable display first.
Can I print my own design?
Yes, that's the whole point! Upload your own artwork and we print it exactly. Gig and event posters, party prints, menus, signage, wall art - if you can design it, we can print it.
What file format and resolution should I supply?
Supply high-resolution artwork in CMYK for the most accurate result. RGB and Hex colours can't always be reproduced exactly in print. Check the full proofing guide before ordering. Not sure? Message our team and we'll help you get it right before anything goes to print.
What sizes do you offer? (A1 / A0?)
Two sizes, close to A1 and A0:
- 60 × 90cm (2 × 3ft) - a little larger than A1
- 90 × 120cm (3 × 4ft) - close to A0

Is it PVC or vinyl? What's the material?
It's a 415gsm / 300 micron laminated PVC media - durable, flexible, and tear-resistant, with a non-reflective matte finish that minimises glare. Much tougher and more reusable than paper or card.
Are they reusable, and how do I clean them?
Yes, roll them up between uses and reuse them again and again. Wipe clean with a damp cloth - the matte surface handles repeated handling without creasing or cracking.
How accurate are the colours?
Colour accuracy is our obsession. Everything is printed in-house on X-Rite® calibrated UV printers with Greenguard Gold certified inks for industry-leading accuracy - ideal if you're matching brand colours.
How long until it ships?
Custom posters add roughly one working day to our usual delivery times, but we always get them out faster if we can - often within 24 working hours. We make and print everything in-house - shipped direct, no middleman - with fast worldwide delivery.
Does it arrive rolled or folded?
Always rolled, never folded. Delivered crease-free in protective cardboard tri-tubing, ready to display straight away.
Can I return a custom poster?
Because each poster is custom-printed to your design, they're non-refundable. But if anything arrives damaged or not as ordered, contact us and we'll make it right.
